Other Events

On July 15, 2021, Blue Foundry Bancorp (the “Company”) announced that Blue Foundry, MHC had completed its conversion into the stock holding company structure and that the Company had closed its initial public stock offering. A copy of the press release is included herein as Exhibit 99.1.
