Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets.
 
On September 30, 2021, Barnwell Industries, Inc. completed the previously announced sale of its corporate office on the 29th floor of a commercial office building in downtown Honolulu, Hawaii.  Barnwell received net cash proceeds of $1,870,000 from the sale of the property. The purchaser was PMG Alakea Tower LLC.
