Other Events

On September 15, 2021, the Board of Directors of CBM Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a special cash dividend of $0.50 per share on the Company’s outstanding shares of common stock for an aggregate of $1,760,000. The special cash dividend is payable to the Company’s common stockholders of record as of September 28, 2021, and is expected to be paid on October 8, 2021.
