Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On June 28, 2021, Mr. Robert J. Inglima, Jr. notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Barnwell Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) of his intention to resign as a director therefrom, effective June 30, 2021. At the time of his resignation, Mr. Inglima also served as a member and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board and a member of the Reserves Committee of the Board. Mr. Inglima’s resignation was made for purely personal reasons and not as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
