Item 7.01.    Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 14, 2021 CrossFirst Bankshares, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its wholly-owned subsidiary, CrossFirst Bank, plans to expand into the Phoenix, Arizona Market.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
