Item 8.01. Other Events.

 

On May 7, 2021, FTS International, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Jennifer Keefe has notified the Company of her decision to resign as the Company’s Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary to pursue a new opportunity, effective May 14, 2021. Jared Vitemb, the Company’s Senior Counsel, will become the Company’s Acting General Counsel, Acting Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary, effective May 15, 2021.
