Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On April 23, 2021, Dr. Yasunori Kaneko, a director of Arcus Biosciences, Inc., purchased 4,133 shares of Arcus common stock in a private transaction from Dr. William Grossman, Arcus’s Chief Medical Officer. The shares, representing approximately 1.6% of the total shares either owned or that may be acquired by Dr. Grossman upon exercise of options that are vested and exercisable, were sold by Dr. Grossman as part of his tax plan.
