Item 7.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On April 7, 2021, Air Transport Services Group, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its wholly owned, indirect subsidiary, Cargo Aircraft Management, Inc., has commenced an add-on offering, subject to market and other conditions, of $150 million in aggregate principal amount of its 4.750% senior notes due 2028. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
