Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Departure of Directors

On March 11, 2021, Mr. John Herrington, a longtime member of the board of directors (the “Board”) of Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (the “Company”), notified the Company that he will retire from the Board effective March 12, 2021. Mr. Herrington’s retirement is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
