2 As of January 21, 2021, Alpine Global Management, LLC held directly and Alpine Partners (BVI), L.P. held indirectly 6.8% of Class A ordinary shares.  As of January 25, 2021, Alpine Global Management, LLC held directly and Alpine Partners (BVI), L.P. held indirectly 10.7% of Class A ordinary shares.
