Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b) On February 24, 2021, Domtar Corporation (the “Corporation”) announced that Mr. Zygmunt Jablonski, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer, will be departing from the Corporation effective April 2, 2021, following a redesign of the Corporation’s management structure. Mr. Jablonski will continue to serve as the Corporation’s Chief Legal and Administrative Officer until his departure date. The Corporation is grateful to Mr. Jablonski for his contributions to the Corporation during his tenure and wishes him continued success in his future endeavors.
