Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain  Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On January 15, 2021, the Board of Directors of Andover National Corporation (the “Company”), approved an increase in salary, effective as of January 1, 2021, for Peter A. Cohen, the Company’s Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, from $25,000 per year to $350,000 per year. Mr. Cohen had previously received his annual salary of $25,000 since December 31, 2019.
