Other Events.

On January 11, 2021, the Company issued a press release announcing that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Spirit of Texas Bank, SSB (the “Bank”), closed the previously announced sale of the Bank’s branch located at 1220 North Main Street, Jacksboro, Texas 76458 to First State Bank, Graham, Texas (the “Branch Sale”). A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
