On December 10, 2020, John Lemkey resigned as Chief Operating Officer of Odonate Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Lemkey’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company. Mr. Lemkey’s responsibilities have been assumed by Michael Hearne, Chief Financial Officer, and Ryan Cole, Vice President of Operations.
