Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 1, 2020, Atlas Technical Consultants, Inc. announced that it had closed its previously announced acquisition of WesTest LLC, a key provider of transportation-related testing and inspection services headquartered in Lakewood, Colorado. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
