On November 12, 2020, CDK Global, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend to shareholders of its common stock. The Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share payable on December 30, 2020 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2020.
