Item 8.01

Other Events.

On November 4, 2020, International Seaways, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its floating storage and offloading (“FSO”) joint ventures with Euronav NV -- the FSO Asia and the FSO Africa – have entered into 10-year contract extensions with North Oil Company (NOC), the operator of the Al-Shaheen oil field. The extensions provide for the continuation of currently-provided services until 2032. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
