On July 13, 2020, Maxim Integrated Products, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its preliminary net revenue results for its fourth quarter of fiscal 2020 ended June 27, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
