On June 9, 2020, Tetra Tech, Inc. (“Tetra Tech”) issued a press release announcing guidance for the third quarter and fiscal year 2020, and fiscal 2020, which reflects improved visibility as stay-at-home restrictions in response to the COVID-19 pandemic are lifted. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1.
