Item 7.01Regulation FD Disclosure

​

During its first quarter 2020 earnings conference call held on May 7, 2020, the Registrant provided an estimate that sales for the second quarter of 2020 may decline by 25% to 30% as compared to the second quarter of 2019 from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.  The Registrant is revising that estimate given recent sales activity through May 2020.  Sales are now estimated to decline by 20% to 25% for the second quarter of 2020 as compared to the second quarter of 2019.
