Silver Lake Technology Associates III Cayman, L.P. is the sole shareholder of SL Globetrotter GP, Ltd. Silver Lake (Offshore) AIV GP III, Ltd. is the general partner of Silver Lake Technology Associates III Cayman, L.P.

The Reporting Persons are jointly filing this Form 3 pursuant to Rule 16a-3(j) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act").
