On May 18, 2020, Park Hotels & Resorts Inc. issued a press release announcing that it is planning a private offering of $500 million in aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes due 2025. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
