Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 13, 2020, Roku, Inc. (the “Company”) provided certain estimated financial results and operating metrics for the quarter ended March 31, 2020. The Company also announced that it was withdrawing its previously issued financial outlook for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2020 due to the economic uncertainties arising from the COVID-19 pandemic. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
