37 ADJUSTED EBITDA AND ADJUSTED EBIT RECONCILIATION (a) Represents non-cash compensation expenses related to stock options, restricted stock awards, restricted stock units and performance share units granted to certain of our employees and directors. (b) Represents the non-cash accrual for future award redemptions in connection with our customer loyalty program.
