Regulation FD

On Friday, December 20, 2019, Albertsons Companies, Inc. (the "Company") provided notice to holders of the Company's 6.625% senior notes due 2024, 5.750% senior notes due 2025, 7.5% senior notes due 2026, 4.625% senior notes due 2027 and 5.875% senior notes due 2028 with respect to the time and date of a conference call to discuss the Company's financial results for the third quarter of fiscal 2019. The conference call, which will be hosted on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (9:00 a.m. Mountain Time), will be available at the following address by accessing the "Events & Presentations" link included therein:
