Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference is the investor presentation (the “Investor Presentation”) that will be used by Tiberius Acquisition Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), in making presentations to certain of the Company’s stockholders and other persons with respect to the transactions contemplated by the Business Combination Agreement (the “Business Combination Agreement”), dated as of October 10, 2019, by and among, the Company, International General Insurance Holdings Ltd., a company organized under the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (“IGI”), International General Insurance Holdings Ltd., a Bermuda exempted company (“IGI Holdings”) (upon execution of a joinder thereto) and the other parties thereto.
