On July 30, 2019, the Compensation Committee of Select Medical Holdings Corporation (“Holdings”) awarded restricted shares of common stock of Holdings to certain of the named executive officers pursuant to Holdings’ 2016 Equity Incentive Plan. The shares will vest in full on July 30, 2022. The grant of restricted stock to each named executive officer is listed below.
