Resignation of Paul Morrell as Vice President

 

On July 30, 2019, Paul Morrell resigned as Vice-President of Business Development of the Company, effective immediately. The resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
