Item 5.07.    Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On June 7, 2019, nLIGHT, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2019 annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). At the Annual Meeting, 28,767,747 shares of the Company’s common stock, or approximately 78% of the 36,933,277 shares entitled to vote, were present virtually or by proxy and voted on the following proposals, each of which is described in more detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement for the Annual Meeting filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on April 24, 2019:
