Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 16, 2019, Robert Finigan resigned as Chief Executive Officer (Principal Executive Officer), Principal Financial Officer and as Chairman of the Board of Directors of XSport Global, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately.

Mr. Finigan’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
