Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b), (e) On March 1, 2019, Adient plc (“Adient”) disclosed Byron S. Foster left Adient’s employment effective March 1, 2019. In connection with his departure, Adient anticipates it will enter into a separation agreement with Mr. Foster.
