Item 8.01.

Other Events.

On November 30, 2018, all conditions precedent to the redemption of Vantage Drilling International’s (the “Company”) 10% Senior Secured Second Lien Notes due 2020 (the “Notes”), including the financing condition previously disclosed on November 14, 2018, were satisfied and the indenture governing the Notes was discharged. All outstanding Notes will be redeemed on or around December 14, 2018.
