Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to Vote of Security Holders
The annual meeting of shareholders of Pacific City Financial Corporation (the "Company") was held on September 27, 2018. As of July 31, 2018, the voting record date for the meeting, there were 13,445,894 shares of the Company’s common stock outstanding. At the meeting, the shareholders voted on the following items:
1.
election of directors; and
2.
ratification of the appointment of Crow LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2018.
A total of 9,749,100 shares of the Company's common stock were presented and voted at the meeting, constituting 72.51% of the issued and outstanding shares of the Company's common stock entitled to vote at the meeting.
