All expenses of the merger, including all legal, accounting and other expenses, were borne by Security Investors, LLC, Invesco PowerShares Capital Management, LLC and/or their affiliates. No merger-related expense was allocated to the Funds, and there were no unamortized expenses to be paid in connection with the merger.
