This Prospectus Supplement No. 4 (“Supplement No. 4”) supplements and amends the Prospectus dated March 8, 2018 (the “Prospectus”).

As of June 4, 2018, the PowerShares DB G10 Currency Harvest Fund changed its name to “Invesco DB G10 Currency Harvest Fund.” In connection with the name change, the Fund’s CUSIP number has changed. The Fund’s new CUSIP number is 46139B102. Accordingly, the sentence under the heading CUSIP Number on page 2 of the Prospectus is hereby deleted and replaced with the following:

The Fund’s CUSIP number is 46139B102.

Supplement No. 4 should be read together with the Prospectus.
