On February 27, 2018, Nebula Acquisition Corporation (the “Company”) announced that the holders of the Company’s units (the “Units”) may elect to separately trade the securities underlying such Units commencing on March 2, 2018. Each Unit consists of one share of Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (“Class A Common Stock”) and one-third of one warrant, each whole warrant to purchase one share of Class A Common Stock.
