Sino Fortune Holding Corporation (the “Company”) requires additional time to work with its auditors and legal counsel to prepare and finalize its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2016 (“Form 10-K”). The Company anticipates that it will file the Form 10-K no later than the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed filing date.

Due to the significant increase in the volume of loans facilitated through the Company’s lending platform, it is expected that the Company will report revenue and net income of approximately $24.7 million and $3.5 million, respectively, for the year ended December 31, 2016, as compared to approximately $11.97 million and $0.16 million for the year ended December 31, 2015, respectively.
