On November 13, 2015, DuPont Fabros Technology, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”) announced that Hossein resigned as the Company’s Vice Chairman and from the Board of Directors effective as of November 13, 2015, to pursue other interests. Mr. Fateh has not advised the Company of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.

A copy of the Company’s press release announcing Mr. Fateh’s resignation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
