On August 20, 2008, TheRetirementSolution.com, Inc. announced its results of operations for the full year ending March 31, 2008 and the first quarter financial results as at June 30, 2008. A copy of the related press release is being filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety. The earnings release contains non-GAAP financial measures.
