On May 6, 2016, we appointed Maarten van der Sanden as our Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, on an interim basis, to fill the vacancies created by the recent resignation of Dick Kooij. Mr. van der Sanden continues to also serve as our Chief Operating Officer and Secretary.
