REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE

On September 12, 2005, Margo Caribe, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the 2005 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of the Company will be held on October 28, 2005. The Board of Directors of the Company has designated the close of business on September 26, 2005 as the record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the meeting and any and all adjournments thereof.
