Third Quarter Dividend
In a press release dated August 21, 2023, the Company announced that the Board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.66 cents per share for the third quarter of 2023. The dividend will be payable on Friday, September 22, 2023 to the Company stockholders of record on the close of business on Thursday, September 7, 2023.
A copy of the press release dated August 21, 2023 regarding the third quarter dividend is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
