5 Q3 FY2023 Consumption and Key Metrics Executive Summary ● The liquids category continues to experience strong growth rates (+21%)1. ● Premier Protein ready-to-drink (“RTD”) shake consumption was up (+27%)2 in Q3 FY2023. ○ Shipments and consumption were balanced with both hitting their highest volumes since Q4 FY21. ● Premier Protein’s key metrics remain strong and reaffirm a long runway for sustained growth. ○ Premier Protein has now established itself as the #1 brand in convenient nutrition for the last 52 weeks. ○ RTD market share has increased +2.2 share points1 in Q3 FY2023 and leads both the RTD and convenient nutrition category in tracked market share. ○ Total distribution points (“TDPs”) have exceeded the previous high in FY21. ○ Household penetration continues to increase quarter-over-quarter (+0.8 points in Q3) as shake assortment improves and powder growth accelerates. ● Dymatize Q3 FY2023 powder consumption continues to experience strong growth (+39%)2. ○ Market share and household penetration have reached new all-time highs as demand drivers continue to win with consumers. ○ TDPs also reached a new record high for the second quarter in a row.
