Item 8.01 Other Events.
On July 28, 2023, the Company announced that its Board has declared a quarterly cash dividend to common stockholders of 0.24 per share. The dividend will be payable August 25, 2023 to stockholders of record as of August 11, 2023.
The press release issued by the Company in connection with the dividend is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated into this Item 8.01 by reference.
