On June 29, 2023, Revelation Biosciences, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to remind stockholders that the virtual Annual Meeting of Stockholders is scheduled for Friday, July 7, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time and urged all stockholders to vote. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference.
