Item 5.07.    Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
On June 6, 2023, Fisker Inc. (the “Company”) held an Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). The final voting results on each of the matters submitted to a vote of stockholders at the Annual Meeting are set forth below.

1. Both of the Class III directors were elected, each to serve a three-year term expiring at the 2026 annual meeting of stockholders or until such director’s successor is duly elected and qualified or until such director’s earlier death, resignation, disqualification or removal.
