The final results of voting on each of the matters submitted to a vote of shareowners during the annual meeting of shareowners of Alliant Energy Corporation (“AEC”) on May 23, 2023 are as follows.

In light of these voting results and other factors, AEC decided to hold annual advisory votes on the compensation of its named executive officers until the next vote on the frequency of such votes.
