On May 15, 2023, Stan Klimoff, Grid Dynamics Holdings, Inc.’s Chief Strategy Officer, who has been with Grid Dynamics since 2007, informed Grid Dynamics of his intention to resign effective May 19, 2023, to explore opportunities outside the IT services industry.
