On May 18, 2023, BayCom Corp (the “Company”) issued the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference announcing the declaration of a cash dividend on the Compnay’s common stock of $0.10 per share, payable on July 14, 2023 to stockholders of record as of June 16, 2023.
