Departure of Director or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 8, 2023, compensation for William Greene as CFO was increased to $220,480 per year, effective at his CFO appointment date on April 20, 2023.
